Your membership freeze request has gone directly to your evolutionary (the trainer who runs your KLIK / Group)
They now have your requested away dates on file and they will process the freeze in our payments system.
To make it super simple for you your evolutionary is your go to for all things evolution.
They process all payments, freezes etc and are responsible for all the administration of your group.
That way you know exactly who to go to with any questions.
Evo HQ's role is to support them in that process.
Pease make sure you have completed your freeze form prior to the billing day of the 4 week cycle (billing day is always a Monday)
