Bronte Outdoor Fitness Group

The evo Bronte outdoor fitness group is where it all began back in 2001. Not only is it our flagship location it is situated on one of the East's best beaches and is famous for its stunning 6am sunrises. When you come down to Bronte, you’re not just joining a group of individuals, you’re becoming part of a dedicated, highly supportive team who are all striving to reach the same goal; to be fit, healthy and happy.

Variety is the key to results, loving your training and building the habit. Just look at what the research says.

We have been doing it that way since 2001 when we launched evolution so you could say we are ahead of the curve.

That is why we are the best option when it comes to sustainable effective training.

We give you loads of different sessions for your strength,  body-mind and cardio training.

Think power ropes, dumbbells, sprint sessions, medicine balls, kettle-bells, trail runs, yoga, Pilates, sand dunes, kayaking, boxing and barbells.

Our main location in Bronte, Bronte Park, is a beautiful lush flat grass area with the sand to play on too. Plus the ocean on your doorstep for a post session cool down dip.

 

As well as this we use other nearby locations through the week to add variety of location, views and terrain to an already varied timetable of activities

    If you’re hitting up the Bronte KLIK then evolutionary Matt Buckland is a face you’ll be getting to know very quickly. Part of Team Bronte since 2010, Matt is all about a balanced approach to health and wellbeing. Matt specialises in strength conditioning drawing on his experience as a rugby player and coach.

Since joining I haven't looked back.  It's the perfect location for training, fresh air, the beach and wide open spaces.  The group are a great bunch and whilst we train hard we have fun too.  Matt, the trainer, keeps you honest and best of all he rewards you for your efforts.

Being outdoors has always been a huge part of my lifestyle and fitness routine and I was lucky enough to find a piece of home right here in Sydney. Evolution is relatively priced, easy going and friendly as well as being committed to working hard to achieve our personal goals. The sessions are split into two groups focusing on several different exercises, pending that day over a 4 week timetable, then you swap half way through. This was perfect for me as it broke up the session, focusing on different areas of your body which went quite quickly.

I have tried boot camps, cross fit centres, gym classes and group/personal training sessions, never being satisfied. After day one I knew evolution was the fitness group for me. The sessions are stimulating, challenging, diverse and somehow fun, covering all aspects of endurance, strength and flexibility.

 
 

 

You can be sure that when you train with evolution, you’ll be getting the best of both worlds: a constantly changing workout schedule suited to your individual ability level which is designed to challenge you at every corner but also becoming part of a committed and determined team which is driven by an evolutionary (lead trainer) who recognises you as more than just another body.

With a wide variety of training on offer you may find yourself running or boxing in one session and working with a medicine ball or barbell in the next. Generally there are two trainers at each session which not only provides diversity of session content but also allows us to keep a close eye on you to assist with your technique and encourage your progress.  Whether five push ups is your max or you can pump out sets one-handed, you’ll find your fitness level catered for by your evolutionary.
